Meet Courtney, our founder and lead designer. With a rich and diverse background, Courtney brings passion and expertise to every project. Born and raised in Lake Tahoe, her deep connection to nature and the outdoors has shaped her design philosophy. Growing up immersed in the construction industry, she developed an early love for design—creating floor plans, sketching remodel ideas, and constantly reimagining spaces.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz, where she cultivated a strong foundation in sustainability and environmental stewardship. She further honed her expertise with a certificate in Agroecology and Horticulture, integrating her passion for sustainable practices into her design work.

With over five years of professional experience in the interior design industry and an Interior Design Certification from the New York Institute of Art and Design, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every project. Her designs are also inspired by her travels, both across the U.S. and internationally, blending diverse influences with her commitment to thoughtful, sustainable design.
